Kevin Gerber

President and Chief Executive Officer

Kevin is President and CEO of Packet360. Kevin brings significant market experience in advanced, emerging technologies and is responsible for the strategic direction and growth strategy of Packet360. Under his leadership, Packet360 has become one of the leading technology integrators in the eastern United States with a focus on collaboration, data center and managed services. Kevin holds numerous industry certifications and a Bachelor of Science degree. He lives near Richmond, Virginia with his wife and two daughters.

William McDonnell

Chief Operating Officer

Bill is responsible for managing Packet360’s business units toward executing the Company’s growth strategy. Packet360 has developed a strong market reputation for growth and a high level of customer satisfaction. He brings over twenty years of management experience in various leadership roles to Packet360.  He has an MIM from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, and a BS in Political Science from DePauw University. He is married with two children. 

John Riley

Chief Technology Officer

John is responsible for charting the company’s direction as it pertains to various technologies, markets, vertical solutions and trends in business and how technology is applied. He brings over 22 years of technology experience in various leadership and business development roles. John has multiple technology disciplines and experience with networking, communications, storage, systems, data center and application development. He lives near Richmond Virginia with his wife.

Dan Brabrand

VP, Technical Services

Daniel is responsible for managing team members in the deployment and support of detailed multi-vendor advanced technology solutions that include borderless networking and Unified Communications.  Dan has over 13 years of experience in information technology and oversees project implementations to ensure that they adhere to engineering standards, follow Packet360’s implementation process and are performed according to industry best practices.    Dan has earned a BS in Management from Virginia Tech and a MS in the Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia, and resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and child. 

Noel Barber

Practice Director

Unified Data Center Business Unit

Noel leads Packet360’s Data Center Business Unit (DCBU), working with our customers to build, plan, and deploy solutions that support their business initiatives. The DCBU is a strong cross functional team that effectively brings together in depth physical, storage, network, compute, and virtualization technology expertise . He brings 15 years of IT technical and management experience to Packet360, with a background in platform management, services delivery, and virtualization. Noel holds a Bachelors of Science from New Mexico State University, and lives in Richmond with his wife and 3 children.

Barry Edelman

PMO Director

Project Management Office

Barry is responsible for ensuring the company implements best practices in project management practices and methodologies. The PMO's focus is to deliver client projects on-time and on-budget, with no surprises along the way. Barry's experience spans more than three decades in information technology including design, planning and implementation of global systems for Fortune 10 companies. Barry has authored numerous implementation strategy and tactics documents for his clients. Barry resides in Richmond, Virginia with his family.

Jon Bass

Director of Finance

As Director of Finance and Controller, Jon is responsible for overseeing Packet360’s accounting and finance functions.  Jon is responsible for the Company’s financial reporting as well as providing business analysis, planning and forecasting.  He is a Microsoft Business Solutions Professional and an Accredited Consulting Professional for budgeting and forecasting. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Randolph-Macon College, and resides in Virginia Beach, VA with his wife and two children.
