The Director of the PMO is responsible for overseeing and managing all projects through the Project Managers.  The Director will ensure coordination of interface between sales, business development, engineering, finance, and the client prior to finalization of the customer contract.  The Director will also be responsible for assigning the appropriate Project Manager and to follow through with that PM until the completion of any project.

 

The individual we seek must have a background and experience in developing and implementing Project Management programs, preferably in the Unified Collaboration and Communications market segment.  The individual selected must have experience and excel in project management, communications, leadership,project budgeting and scheduling, and resource management.  This person must have strong industry knowledge and understand and be able to manage in a collaborative team-oriented business.
