This Privacy Policy describes how Packet360, Inc. ("Packet360," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Packet360 Mission Control (the "Application"), an internal business-operations tool used by Packet360 to monitor and manage its own financial and operational data.

The Application is used solely by Packet360 personnel for internal business administration. It is not offered to, marketed to, or made available for use by the general public or external consumers.

2. Information We Access

The Application connects to business systems that Packet360 owns or is authorized to use, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365. Through these connections, the Application may access:

- Accounting and financial data, including accounts receivable and accounts payable balances, invoices, customer and vendor records, and aging reports;
- Email and calendar metadata and content from Packet360 mailboxes;
- Related business records necessary to display operational and financial status.

The Application accesses this information on a read-oriented basis to display summaries and status information to authorized Packet360 personnel. It does not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Information

Information accessed through the Application is used only to:

- Display financial, operational, and administrative status to authorized Packet360 staff;
- Support internal bookkeeping, collections, vendor management, and workflow oversight;
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Application.

We do not use this information for any purpose unrelated to Packet360's internal business operations.

4. Â Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your information. We do not share information accessed through the Application with third parties except:

- With service providers (such as Intuit and Microsoft) that supply the underlying platforms the Application connects to, solely to operate those connections;
- As required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Packet360, its personnel, or others.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information accessed through the Application, including authenticated access controls and encrypted connections to connected services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary for the internal business purposes described above, or as required by applicable law. Source records remain governed by the data-retention practices of the connected systems (Intuit QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365).

The Application connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365. Your use of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review them.
