This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of Packet360 Mission Control (the "Application"), provided by Packet360, Inc. ("Packet360," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant
Â
The Application is an internal business tool intended solely for use by authorized Packet360, Inc. personnel. Subject to this Agreement, Packet360 grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for Packet360's internal business operations only.
Â
2. Permitted Use
Â
The Application may be used only to view and manage Packet360's own financial, operational, and administrative information accessed through authorized connections to business systems including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365. Use of the Application is restricted to authorized personnel acting on behalf of Packet360.

3. Restrictions
Â
You may not:

Use the Application for any purpose other than Packet360's internal business operations;
Access the Application unless authorized by Packet360;
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law;
Use the Application to access data you are not authorized to access.

4. Ownership
Â
The Application, including all associated intellectual property, is and remains the property of Packet360, Inc. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

5. Connected Services
Â
The Application connects to third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. Packet360 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Â
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Packet360 does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability
Â
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packet360, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to use of the Application.

8. Termination
Â
Packet360 may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the license granted under this Agreement ends, and you must cease all use of the Application.

9. Governing Law
Â
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
